Terms & Policies

Processing Time:
Yummy Scrubs LLC products are 100% handmade, packaged and shipped by one to two people. Some items may or may not be made in batches, others are made to order to preserve its freshness. Processing time at the latest takes 4-5 business days before shipping. This does not include weekends or federal holidays.

Payment Method:
All payments can be made directly on my website. I accept payments from all major credit cards. All payments will be processed through PayPal for insurance purposes. 

 

Shipping:
Yummy Scrubs ships via USPS Priority. All orders will be shipped in a flat rate padded envelope or first class mail for product protection. All orders over 15 ounces will automatically be upgraded/charged to a medium priory flat rate box. All claims involving lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be resolved with USPS directly. Once you receive your tracking number, please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking status to update. If you have received a tracking number but there is no movement, click this link to contact us so we can further investigate. SHIPPING COST DURING ANY REFUNDS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
 

International Shipping:
International packages may be subject to go through customs. If you are interested in international shipping rates, please contact us so we can correctly price out your shipping.

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products being 100% handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds. If there is any type of issue with your order please email us proof of discrepancies.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Failure to enter the correct shipping address will result in your order being canceled and refunded. Yummy Scrubs will not make any changes to your address.

Business Hours:

Yummy Scrubs LLC is open 6 days a week but we are closed on and major holidays.  If you have emailed, called or text, please allow 1-3 business days for a response
